On Saturday, I was fortunate enough to meet the lovely Kiersten White, who graced us with her magnanimous presence in celebration of the recent release of her book, And I Darken (which you can read my review of here)And I Darken is my top book of the year so far, so if you haven’t read it, please go out and get a copy of it. Our Heroine’s First Attempt at Vendoring: A Guide for First Time Vendors

IMG_2367You may or may not have noticed that I have been missing this week. If you have, I’m flattered! If you haven’t, well I didn’t expect you to any way. The reason for my absence though was that I was a vendor on Friday for a local Star Wars event. You may have seen my Etsy shop. As you might recall, a few weeks back I mentioned it was my birthday. I love to plan themed parties and I was itching to do it, so after my trip to the Wizarding World of Harry Potter, I decided to throw together a Harry Potter party last minute. I usually have a little one each year on July 31st, but I wanted to go big since it was in celebration of my birthday and despite having a small time frame to pull things together, it was a great success and didn’t break the bank.
